A. Over the years of research, Niacinamide is clinically proven to minimize the appearance of pores. Our 10%
Niacinamide serum has been curated to control excess oil with 2x efficacy. The serum penetrates deep to unclog
pores of excess oil, thereby eventually reducing the appearance of pores when used regularly, twice a day. It
restores pore functioning, soothes skin & improves overall skin texture.
Q. Is 10% Niacinamide+Cica serum suitable for sensitive skin?
A. Yes! Our serum contains ingredients like Cica, Niacinamide & 3% Tranexamic Acid, all of which come
together to control acne breakouts and soothe irritation, redness & skin inflammation, making it great for
sensitive skin as well.
Q. What's the benefit of 3% Tranexamic in the serum?
A. The concentration of 3% Tranexamic in this serum boosts the bioavailability of Niacinamide which further

Q. Can I use niacinamide and vitamin C together?
A. Yes, niacinamide and vitamin C can be used together. In fact, when used together, both provide brilliant
results for fading the look of sun-induced discolourations. However, make sure to follow it up with sunscreen
before going out in the sun.
Q. Can I use Niacinamide 20% Treatment with other products containing niacinamide?
A. Yes, you can use the 10% Niacinamide+Cica Serum with other niacinamide products. It can be a toner, a
face cream and even a sunscreen, layering them in order from thinnest to thickest texture.
Q. Can niacinamide cause sensitivity, redness or irritation?
A. Niacinamide typically doesn’t cause redness, sensitivity or irritation. However, some people may
experience brief flushing when pure niacinamide and vitamin C are used together. This combination can convert
niacinamide to niacin, which may trigger temporary redness. However, if this continues, you may discontinue
using these two activies together & choose to use them in separate routines.
Q. Can I use this every day?
A. Yes, you can safely use this serum every day. Our serum is free of harmful chemicals and irritants as we
aim to provide you best results backed by clean ingredients & cleaner formulations. Applying this serum
every day daily will provide the most consistent results.
Q. Is this serum better for morning or night?
A. For best results, you can use niacinamide in the morning and at night. You can also alternate its use if
you find that works better for you.
Q. What I cannot mix with niacinamide?
A. While there are a lot of myths and misinformation about which ingredients you supposedly can’t mix with
niacinamide, research shows that you can use niacinamide with retinol, vitamin C, hydroxy acids and other skin
care ingredients safely.
Q. Is 10% niacinamide too strong?
A. While 10% niacinamide is potent, it is a concentration that's safe to use. However, it may react
differently on different skin. Therefore, we recommend patch testing first, and incorporating it slowly into
your routine, watching how your skin responds.
Q. Can I use this serum around the eyes?
A. No! We recommend leaving the eye area and using the serum for the rest of the face & neck.
